Our 30-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect all orders before shipping, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us immediately at Info@TheSkinExperts.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve the matter.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards and promotional items

Additionally, we do not accept returns on final sale items. If you have concerns about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order for your preferred product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
