1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Order Changes & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. As a result, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are confirmed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs. Estimated delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your order.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
- We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages after delivery. However, if your package is missing, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries.
